Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- ·Information you provide: account details (email, nickname, language preference); birth information for you and your linked profiles (year/month/day/time of birth, gender, birth city, current city, calendar type).
- ·Information generated automatically: login and security data (device identifier, browser type, hashed IP address, login and activity timestamps, session state); content we generate (chart results, AI interpretation text, fortune content).
- ·Information from third-party authorization: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and Google account identifier.
- ·Subscription information (once available): plan, receipts and payment status. Payments are processed by a payment provider; we do not store your card number on our servers.
We do not collect: full legal names, government-issued ID numbers, precise IP addresses, medical records, biometric data, or religious beliefs.
How We Use Your Information
- ·To provide and maintain the charting, interpretation and subscription services; to manage account login and security; to respond to your inquiries; and to improve the Service using de-identified statistics.
- ·We send only account-related emails (verification codes, security and subscription notices) and do not send marketing emails.
- ·We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for ad targeting.
Legal bases under the GDPR: contract performance (providing the Service and subscriptions, Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention, Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligation (financial records, Art. 6(1)(c)); consent for cross-border transfers and certain third-party processing (Art. 6(1)(a)) together with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cross-Border Transfers
To provide the Service, your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the country/region where you reside, and may be transferred to locations where our third-party processors are based (for example, email and AI services).
Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses). You may request a copy of the safeguards by contacting us at the email address below.
By using the Service, you consent to these cross-border transfers. If you do not consent, please stop using the Service or contact us to delete your data.
Data Retention
- ·We retain your data while your account remains active, so that we can continue to provide the Service.
- ·After account deletion, data is handled as described in the "Your Rights" section. Payment and receipt records are kept for the period required by financial and legal obligations.
Your Rights
- ·Access, correct and delete your profiles and information; delete your account (after deletion, data cannot be recovered and your login session ends).
- ·Withdraw consent: for processing based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
- ·Data portability and export: you may request a copy of your data, which we will provide within 30 days as an encrypted archive (see the data export section on the Contact page).
- ·Additional rights (where applicable): object to processing, request restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- ·California residents: you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
Children's Privacy
- ·The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and you must confirm that you are at least 18 when creating your account.
- ·Children under 13 may not use the Service. For users in the EU, users under 16 require parental consent; for users in mainland China and Korea, users under 14 require parental consent.
- ·If we become aware of personal information from children, we will delete it promptly in accordance with applicable law.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all traffic, store verification codes and tokens hashed with short expiry, minimize the data we collect, and enforce access controls and audit logging.
AI-Generated Content
- ·Chart and interpretation content is generated by AI models based on the birth information you provide. It is provided for general information and entertainment purposes only; it may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, emergency, safety, or other professional advice. It should not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, or important decisions.
- ·Interpretation requests (birth information and generated results) may be processed by third-party large language model providers. We do not use "long-term memory" features that would build a personal profile beyond the data you provide.
- ·If you are in crisis, may harm yourself or others, or need emergency help, contact local emergency services or professional resources immediately instead of relying on this content.
