The Service provides traditional Chinese astrology charting (BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Da Yun and annual cycles) and AI-generated interpretations for cultural study, personal reflection and entertainment only.

• ·You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and your use of the Service must not violate the law of your jurisdiction.
• ·If you are under 18, please stop using the Service.

• ·You can sign in with an email verification code or with Google. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and accounts may not be transferred.
• ·Keep your account secure and contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized access.

• ·You may not abuse, scrape, or attack the Service, upload unlawful content, or impersonate others.
• ·You may not rely on interpretations for medical, legal, investment or other professional decisions.
• ·Before adding another person's profile, you must obtain their consent. Deletion and correction are governed by the Privacy Policy.

• ·The Service offers Pro monthly/annual subscriptions with auto-renewal. Plans and prices are shown at checkout, in USD.
• ·Cancellation: cancel before the next billing date; your access continues until the end of the current period and will not renew.
• ·Refunds: digital content is governed by applicable law. EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, which is waived once digital content is supplied (you will confirm this at checkout).
• ·Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance; you may accept the change or cancel.

• ·The interface, copy, brand, algorithms and related rights belong to us and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.
• ·Interpretation results generated for you are for personal use only and may not be republished or used commercially.

• ·Interpretations are AI-generated and provided for general information and entertainment purposes only; they may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated content.
• ·The content is not a basis for medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, emergency or safety decisions and should not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, or important decisions. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your own judgment.
• ·We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the interpretations. Any decisions made or losses incurred in reliance on the content are your sole responsibility.
• ·If you are in crisis or need emergency help, contact local emergency services or professional resources immediately.

• ·The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
• ·Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• ·We may update, modify, suspend or terminate the Service and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
